Product information

FaCho is suitable for milder days or indoor activities. Its polyester lining helps to regulate the face's temperature.

FaFret is suitable for colder days and outdoor activities. Its micro-fleece (polar) lining helps keep your face and neck warm.

Both models are very comfortable and can be worn around the neck (as neck warmer) at all times.

All of our products are proudly made here in Quebec.

Wash the face covering in cold water. Dry the face cover by hanging it up. Do not soak in bleach products. If you are using stain removers, test first on an area of the fabric that is out of sight.

We have two models (child and adult) which are both offered in one size. They should therefore be suitable and adjust to all types of faces. You have questions, send us an email at info@nezmaske.com

The face covers have an adjustable clip on the back of the head. You can move it around to tighten or loosen the face cover. Have no fear, it does not affect your comfort at all!

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order, unless otherwise specified on the site. If the product is sold out, the estimated shipping window will be shown under the "Add to Cart" button on the product page by color / size variation.

Once your product has shipped, you will receive your auto-tracking number (s) by email, SMS, or Messenger, depending on how you made your payment.

For all of Canada, we offer flat rate delivery for $5 and free shipping if you order 2 or more face coverings!

Yes, we offer free local pickup at 2202 rue King Ouest, Sherbrooke. Simply select this option at checkout. You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Yes, we ship to all countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us atinfo@nezmaske.com

Yes, for international orders there may be customs charges when the product arrives in your country of origin. Unfortunately, we are unable to quote this specific cost as it varies considerably from country to country.

Returns and exchanges

According to our policy, for hygienic reasons, face coverings are a final sale and they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you have received a damaged face cover, in order to facilitate the return and exchange process, please let us know the problem beforehand by sending an email to info@nesmaske.com, indicating your name and invoice number. Failure to receive said email will result in our failure to process your request and your face covering will be returned to you at the original shipping address, without exchange.

Yes! It is possible to have personalized face coverings in the colors of your company. Whether by a pictorial representation of your services or by adding your logo, we will be able to design a face cover in your image!
